Grilled Mushroom and Onion Confit Pizza

New recipes for my cookbook.

Two great recipes from a weekend with gathered friends...one with grilled vegetables and the other with a gorgeous chocolate cake that I cooked too long and was dry. Too bad because the ganache was brillant and luscious! Everyone was gracious and if I had really thought about it I would have put a liqour glaze on it too absorb some moisture too keep it from drying out further.

My First Day Blogging

I have been waiting for this day for several weeks and so pleased that Cindy Taylor has helped me set up my blog and a new Web page. As my class was canceled she was generous enough to give up her day to help me and the Contessa on creating a Face Book page also.
